3. How do I find books or gifts on your website?
Use the search bar at the top of the page to look up a title, author, genre, product name, or keyword.
If you prefer to wander, browse through our curated collections — you may just stumble upon your next favourite read or the perfect gift.
4. Do you offer eBooks?
Yes, we do. Look for the eBook option on a book’s product page.
Once purchased, your download will be ready instantly so you can begin reading straight away.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We do. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on where you are in the world. You’ll see all details at checkout before finalising your order.
6. How long will my order take to arrive?
For Australian orders, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. International orders generally arrive within 10–14 business days, depending on the destination. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, which means changes aren’t always possible. If you notice an issue straight after placing your order, contact us immediately — we’ll do everything we can to help.
8. What is your return policy?
Most physical books and gift items can be returned within 30 days, provided they’re in new, unused condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. eBooks cannot be returned once downloaded.
9. Can I send a book or gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely. At checkout, simply enter the recipient’s address. You can also include a personalised message to make the gift feel even more special. Many of our items are perfect for birthdays, holidays, celebrations, or just‑because moments.
